Pre-Order 101



We frequently operate on a pre-order model. This means that once a collection is released, there's a window of time when orders can be placed. After that window closes, we have the collection produced, which can commonly take up to 4 weeks before items are ready for shipment. Once production is complete, we ship via USPS First Class Mail and update customers with tracking information as soon as items have been shipped.



USA Shipping

Domestic shipping to US customers typically takes 2-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. Tracking numbers will be issued so you can follow your order each step of the way.




International Shipping

 

International shipping timelines can take range from 5-18 days. We ship USPS First Class International Mail which provides the lowest possible cost to our customers, however the tradeoff is Parade Lap will not have complete visibility of the tracking status of your order delivery once the package reaches your home country. Please keep this in mind before inquiring about exact tracking updates.  

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees or value added tax (VAT) will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. 

If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.




Helpful Tips


Please make sure to clearly and accurately spell out address information. Missing apartment numbers or unclear addresses can cause delays in shipping, please provide as much detail as possible.



 

Damaged Goods & Lost Items

If your order is damaged or lost in the mail, we apologize, it's frustrating for us too. Please contact us via email and we will work to find a solution. If the item is still in stock, we will send a new one free of charge, or issue store credit if the item is unavailable.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll work with you make it right.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share your order confirmation number with our team.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@parade-lap.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

After we receive your item and confirm it is in acceptable condition our team will be in contact to grant store credit for the USD amount of the merchandise purchased.
