Luftgekühlt 10 returns to Universal Studios’ back lot

The wait is over, Luftgekühlt 10 is back at Universal Studios’ back lot and the display of air-cooled Porsche history was enough to impress even the most hardened Porsche enthusiasts.

It’s remarkable to see the strength of the Porsche brand at niche events like this. There’s no denying Porsche is at the cutting edge of modern automobile manufacturing and design, but the brand continues to find a way to nurture the all-in enthusiast community that flocks to their classic models. The scenery is second to none, with cars placed so thoughtfully in settings that make them feel more like art than automobile, Jeff Zwart is a true pro at this type of strategic event work. It’s exciting to watch the Luft brand evolve and even branch out oversees and there’s no doubt Patrick Long, Howie Idelson and the team have more in store for this community.
